beaches, water sport activities.
2. Out of Stone town, North/East and South.
Town Hotels:
Emerson and Green Hotel Located in the heart of Stone Town was the former
residence of one of the richest men of the Swahili Empire. It is arguably
one of the most magnificent hotels on Zanzibar. All the rooms are spacious
and have a different, opulent character recreating an atmosphere of the

Fisherman's Resort *** A reasonably priced beach hotel located just south of
Zanzibar Town and close to the airport. Laying on the West Coast the beach

Ras Nungwi Hotel ***Located on an expanse of beach wilderness on the
northern tip of Zanzibar, protected by a coral reef. All water sports are
