Experience in business :Churchill Safaris Uganda Ltd has extensive experience in organizing tailor-made safaris to East Africa based around each clients individual needs, time scale and budget.It was formed to serve the needs of the world wide travel industry and those traveling specifically to Uganda and the African continent as a whole. We aim at providing an awareness of Uganda as a viable travel destination.
Shareholders :
All share holders namely; Mrs. Ether Birungi Kyambadde, Mr. Henry Kyambadde and Henry Ssebakijje were born and raised in Uganda so they have first hand information about the country. Henry lives in the United States of America, so he runs that side of the market plus the European nations.
Churchill Safaris and Travel is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents, Association of Uganda Tour Operators, Africa Travel Association, APTA, Japanese Association of Travel Agents and work hand in hand with the Uganda Wildlife Authority, Uganda Tourist Board and the wildlife and tourist boards and authorities of Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Africa to regularly update our travel services.
Operation :
We meet all our clients on their arrival at the airport and brief them on their chosen safari and link up again on their return for their comments. We offer tailor made safaris based around each client's individual needs, interests, time scale and budget and we take time to ensure that clients are getting the very best out of their trip.
Accommodation :
We use elegant and unique lodges, hotels and camps. The lodges, camps and hotels we use, pride themselves on the excellence of their personalised service and friendliness of their staff. Every effort has also been made to provide the best cellar possible within the restrictions of logistics and climate. We ask all our clients to advise if they have any dietary requirements in advance.
Vehicles :
We use four wheel drive 4 wheel drive minibuses and Toyota Landcruisers which are comfortable, well maintained and in good condition.
Safari guides :
The most important person to determine the success of a safari is the guide. We therefore employ qualified, experienced and very knowledgeable guides who are able to handle all the requirements for a discerning traveler. They are familiar with the wildlife, birds, fauna and flora, and help you to obtain first hand appreciation of Uganda.
